Greg Myers is a true skate beast that lives by an incredibly strict and disciplined training regiment. It all starts early, around 2pm, with at least 20 reps of playing Call Of Duty 3 on the XBOX 360, with a quick 10 minute smoke break in between, followed by three hours of skate cardio on his flatbar and manual box. All this conditioning really pays off for his weekend skateboarding trips out of the desert town of Hemet into the streets of Carlsbad, or Oceanside, or Vista, or wherever the hell he can get his skate on.
